Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in UK. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and peak seasons.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase and shipped the following day. In cases where the purchased product is unavailable due to stock issues, the processing time and shipping may be extended up to a total of 15 business days.

Depending on the payment method, you can track your order if it is purchased by credit card. This tracking policy does not apply to cash-on-delivery orders; you will verify the product upon delivery.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Our trusted shipping partners may be either Correos Express or GLS. This information will only be useful for order tracking if the order is paid for by credit card.
